Job Description

• Operating presses for the manufacture of components
• Preparing orders and setting up the machines
• Carrying out quality controls
• Cleaning, deburring and packaging components
• Labeling and preparing the finished products
• Assisting with general production and logistics work
• Cleaning the workplace as well as maintaining work equipment
• Compliance with safety regulations
• Support in other production areas if required

Requirement Profile

• School leaving certificate (manual/technical training an advantage)
• Practical experience in the operation of machines, plants and measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good eyesight
• Good fine motor skills / manual dexterity
• Wearing cleanroom clothing (shoes, coat, hair protection and hand protection)
• Wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) according to instruction and need: safety shoes, safety goggles, hearing protection, gloves (latex, nitrile)
• Good physical condition (partially standing activity, lifting loads)
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Ability to work in a team and high flexibility
• Reliability
• Readiness for 3-shift operation, incl. permanent night shift
