tasks

• you manage and coordinate the contractors and specialist planners
• additionally, you monitor quality, deadlines and costs
• cost planning, cost control and benchmarking enrich your area of responsibility
• additionally, you lead construction and project meetings and are responsible for tenders, estimations and awards
• you also procure planning and construction services and ensure quality across all project phases
• furthermore, you accompany acceptances, defect management and completion works
• the workload can, depending on preference, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have completed basic technical construction training as a draughtsman architecture, mason, carpenter or comparable and have solid practical experience as a construction manager (m/f/d)
• alternatively, you have an academic education in architecture or civil engineering
• ideally, you already possess some practical experience in construction economics or as a cost planner
• do you also describe yourself as communicative, conscientious and well-organized?
