Tasks Healthcare Professional:
Professional responsibility for the care planning in the nursing documentation and its practical implementation and review. Keeping up to date with the BESA / RAI classification and correct electronic recording
Main responsibility for seamless nursing documentation
Responsible for professional nursing instruction including continuous development
Leading nursing and medical-technical procedures such as medication management, wound management, and treatment care
Assumption of daily responsibility including leadership of the nursing staff
Interdisciplinary cooperation with all persons and institutions involved in treatment and care, coordinates communication (physiotherapy, daily activities, kitchen, technical service etc.)
Ensures care and support adapted to the situation according to the nursing mission statement, reference planning, as well as latest standards
Conducts professional consultations for residents and relatives
Monitors the health status of the residents
Co-responsible for the creation, updating, and implementation of instructions as well as nursing standards
Co-responsible for the theoretical and practical promotion of employees
Active participation in meetings and internal continuing education
Co-responsibility for safety and health in the workplace
Requirements
Degree as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (professional experience an advantage)
Willingness to work day and night shifts
Interest in part-time/internal continuing education
Assumption of responsibility
Willingness to encounter changes positively
BESA and/or RAI knowledge an advantage
Team-oriented, communicative and empathetic person
