Construction Site Manager ------------ We are looking for a dedicated construction site manager who makes planning a reality on the construction site and is the central point of contact for builders, planners, and contractors. Your tasks: • Realization of high-rise construction projects in the area of new and renovation construction • Tendering and award procedures • Work coordination on the construction site from start to final acceptance • Management and coordination of work processes in tendering and construction execution • Scheduling and ongoing controlling of costs and quality Your profile: • Dipl. Architect, technician or construction site manager for high-rise construction • In-depth technical knowledge in the field of building construction and construction management • Several years of professional experience in construction management • Pronounced cost and quality awareness as well as assertiveness • Social competence, leadership quality, team ability, and quick grasp • Good knowledge of German and Italian in word and writing • Good MS-Office skills; knowledge of Messerli Bauad is an advantage Please send applications by email with reference E3OY28 in the subject line.
