Your tasks

• Examination and assessment of building applications outside the building zones
• Support in the implementation of RPG 2 (Revision of the Spatial Planning Act)
• Advising municipal authorities and private individuals
• Development of concepts and foundations

Your competencies

• University degree in the field of spatial planning, law, architecture, construction, or related discipline (career changers not excluded)
• Ideally experience in the field of construction outside building zones
• Audience-appropriate communication
• Enjoyment of direct contact with construction applicants, specialists, and authorities
