We are looking for, immediately or by arrangement, a Healthcare Specialist EFZ with additional function Vocational Training 50-100% Your tasks • Care and support of guests in everyday and demanding situations together with a well-coordinated team • Electronic nursing documentation using "Care-Coach" • Treatment nursing and medical-technical procedures • Cooperation in the implementation of the nursing process and assumption of primary care • Giving of oral and written reports • Cooperation in creating nursing plans • Daily responsibility in the early and late shifts • Professional guidance of FaGe apprentices in daily professional life Your profile • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist EFZ • Experience in long-term care (advantageous) • Vocational trainer is an advantage or the willingness to complete the further training • Confident communication in German (oral and written) • RAI knowledge desired or the willingness to complete the further training to become an MDS Coordinator or RAI Supervisor Why Tertianum?
