Do you want to use your nursing expertise specifically on weekends and decide for yourself which weekends you work? In our Flexpool, you will take on exclusively early shifts on the weekend. You plan your assignments flexibly within the agreed workload of 40-50 % to suit your personal situation. Your tasks • You independently care for and accompany our clients in their homes. • You take on assignments on the weekend exclusively in the early shift. • You carry out nursing and medical-technical measures professionally. • You observe changes in health status and initiate the necessary steps. • You ensure complete nursing documentation and a reliable flow of information. What you bring with you • Diploma as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH or an equivalent, recognized training in Switzerland • Professional experience as a certified nursing professional, ideally in outpatient care • Independent, responsible and structured way of working • High social competence and joy in accompanying people in their homes • Confident handling of digital work tools and driving license category B What you can look forward to Freely selectable weekends You indicate your availability and decide within the framework of assignment planning yourself which weekends you work. Exclusively early shift Your assignments on the weekend take place only in the early shift. Flexpool with planning security You work in an agreed workload of 40-50 % and can plan your assignments well in advance.
