Your area of responsibility

• Order processing from A to Z (orders, deliveries, invoices, etc.)
• Organizational and administrative support for the sales department
• Creating offers and requesting quotes from suppliers
• Supporting the Account Managers with tenders
• Deal registrations with the manufacturers

Your profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a commercial employee (Kauffrau/Kaufmann)
• Export experience is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems (Navision / Dynamics 365 BC is an advantage)
• Professional experience in the back office
• Interest in IT products and technical flair
• Very good German skills, good English skills in speaking and writing
• Very good PC user skills
• You are a committed and independent personality
• You are dynamic, flexible and a digital native
