Production Operator – Assembly and Sterilization

For our client, specialized in the design and manufacture of technical devices, we are looking for a Production Operator to join their team.

Your missions

Within the production workshop, you will notably be in charge of:

• Performing assembly operations
• Carrying out the preparation, cleaning, and sterilization of products
• Handling and assembling components requiring precision and dexterity
• Performing visual and functional controls of the products
• Respecting manufacturing, quality, and traceability procedures
• Filling in production monitoring documents
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Identifying and reporting any possible anomalies or non-conformities

Your profile

We are primarily looking for a meticulous, rigorous, and reliable person, particularly comfortable with precision manual work.

You are:

• Equipped with excellent manual dexterity
• Patient and capable of staying focused on precise and repetitive operations
• Rigorous in the application of procedures
• Sensitive to quality, hygiene, and cleanliness requirements
• Comfortable in a demanding production environment
