For an established Swiss company, we are looking for a technical customer advisor (m/f/d) 100 %. The position offers a varied activity with a focus on telephone customer consulting, quotation processing and technical information in a dedicated team. We are looking for a service-oriented personality with basic technical training and ideally multilingualism for nationwide customer support.

Your Task ##

• Telephone customer consulting and support regarding the entire product range and technical questions
• Creation and follow-up of customer-specific quotations and orders
• Processing of orders as well as execution of invoicing
• Maintenance of customer master data and performance of administrative activities
• Support of the field service as a link to other departments

Your Profile ##

• Completed basic technical training, ideally in the field of building technology
• Experience in telephone customer contact and sales internal service desirable
• Confident handling of MS-Office and administrative processes
• German language skills required, French or Italian an advantage
• Service-oriented, resilient and team-oriented personality sought
