Your tasks consist of ...

• ensuring and continuously developing evidence-based and person-centered nursing quality.
• developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing standards, concepts, and guidelines.
• providing professional advice, guidance, and further development to nursing teams through training and coaching.
• conducting clinical assessments, creating individual recommendations for action, and accompanying residents and their relatives in complex nursing situations.
• promoting the self-determination, quality of life, and palliative care of our residents.
• working closely and interprofessionally with internal and external specialists.
• actively participating in the strategic further development of nursing.

You fit us if you ...

• bring a Master of Science in Nursing (MScN) with a focus on Advanced Practice Nursing (APN) or an equivalent qualification.
• have several years of professional experience - ideally in long-term care, geriatrics, or gerontopsychiatry.
• possess pronounced clinical expertise in complex nursing and care situations.
• enjoy advising, coaching, and promoting employees in their development.
• convince with your social and communication skills and approach innovations and change processes with enthusiasm.

The Alterszentrum Am Bachgraben is more than a place to live, it is a home for over 210 residents. With over 320 dedicated employees, we offer not only a wide spectrum of nursing and care, but also specialized support for people with dementia and in palliative care. Additionally, we stand by our residents in acute medical needs and offer holistic and caring care in old age. Our offer is supplemented by 85 age-appropriate apartments and numerous services.
