YOUR FUTURE TASK

• Support the occupational safety team in the further development and implementation of legal and internal HSE requirements at the Muttenz and Stein locations
• Incident Management including recording, investigation, and follow-up of accidents, near misses, and safety-relevant observations as well as conducting Root Cause Analyses and effectiveness checks of corresponding measures.
• Creation and updating of risk assessments as well as planning, implementation, and documentation of safety, environmental, and plant rounds to identify risks, verify compliance with legal and internal requirements, and follow up on improvement measures
• Coordination and further development of HSE training management, including maintenance of training matrices, organization of training sessions
• Support of Occupational Health Management and the SiBe/KOPAS roles
• Creation and further development of HSEQ key figures, reporting, and evaluations

YOU AS A PERSON AND WHAT YOU BRING

• Completed technical or scientific studies or completed vocational training
• Recognized training as a safety specialist or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the HSE area, experience in HSE training management is an advantage
• IT knowledge in handling databases and HSE tools
• Enjoyment in collaborating with executives, internal departments, and external stakeholders as well as in the active promotion of safety-conscious behavior
