During your apprenticeship, you will join the service de la consommation et des affaires vétérinaires, within a team active in the protection of consumers and animals, as well as in the prevention of fraud. Your missions Within our biological analysis section, composed of three laboratories, you will take part in the entire analysis process, from sample preparation to the expression of results. Food, products and common objects, environmental and veterinary samples pass through your hands. Throughout your training, you will become familiar with various techniques in molecular biology, microbiology, immunology and parasitology. Your profile You have completed your compulsory schooling with, ideally, a level 2 in mathematics, English and natural sciences. Biology and laboratory work particularly attract you. Precise, rigorous and methodical, you are comfortable with numbers and logic and appreciate teamwork. For biosecurity reasons, only application files of persons who are of legal age or who will reach the age of majority during the first six months of training will be accepted. This translates into the analysis of complex issues, the preparation of reports and the preparation of files submitted to management.
