What you move * You independently operate the production plants and ensure that everything runs smoothly. * You perform and document quality controls (IPK) and ensure compliance with our high standards. * You take over the changeover of the plants during product changes and rectify simple malfunctions independently. * You carry out cleaning work and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. * You coordinate smaller teams of temporary employees and ensure clear information transfer during shift handovers.
