You will primarily intervene on landscape masonry projects, swimming pool construction, and large-scale outdoor developments in the La Côte region and more broadly in French-speaking Switzerland. We are looking for a person for whom being a team leader means knowing how to anticipate, organize, decide, and transmit - while remaining fully involved in the field. Your responsibilities ## You take charge of your sites autonomously, from their preparation to their handover: • daily organization of the site and division of work; • supervision and support of a team of two to three people; • reading plans, layouts, level taking, and measurements; • execution of landscape masonry work: foundations, walls, stairs, paving, cobbling, borders, concreting and networks; • participation in the realization of swimming pools and their peripheral developments; • coordination of machines, materials, suppliers and stakeholders; • anticipation of needs in order to avoid site interruptions; • control of quality, finishes, deadlines and compliance with safety rules; • professional communication with clients, architects and our technical managers; • regular and clear transmission of site progress. You have real autonomy in the organization of your work, with the support of our technical office when necessary. Your profile ## • CFC in landscaping, equivalent training or solid experience in landscape creation; • confirmed experience in leading a small team; • very good knowledge of landscape masonry and large developments; • mastery of reading plans, layouts and levels; • ability to organize a site and anticipate its needs; • sense of responsibility, efficiency and high standards in finishes; • ability to communicate correctly with a demanding private clientele; • category B driving license indispensable; BE license appreciated; • good command of French. Experience in swimming pool construction is an advantage, but not indispensable. Training in our specific techniques can be provided.
