It takes care of acute situations, thanks in particular to geriatric emergencies and intermediate care of the Trois-Chênes Hospital, acute units some of which are centered on geriatric syndromes, geriatric rehabilitation units, musculoskeletal, cardiologic, neurologic, and oncologic, and long-stay units. It also includes a specialized palliative care service, a community geriatrics unit, a geriatrics liaison unit, and the Centre de la mémoire.
