Fresh ingredients, structured processes, and a varied kitchen everyday life characterize this temporary position. We are looking for a dedicated personality who likes to roll up their sleeves, is flexibly deployable, and takes responsibility in both production and daily kitchen operations.

Tasks

• Collaboration in the hot and cold kitchen
• Preparation and production of dishes according to specified standards
• Support with Mise en Place and general kitchen work
• Collaboration in the dishwashing area and ensuring a clean working environment
• Occasional support at the cash register
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety regulations according to HACCP
• Professional handling of food and working equipment

Profile

• Completed training as Koch EFZ or comparable experience in gastronomy
• Enjoyment in the production and preparation of fresh dishes
• Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Resilient and team-oriented personality
• High quality and hygiene awareness
• Good German skills
