• 14 July 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • Lausanne • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch Job description ## In your capacity as a safety engineer, you guarantee the mastery of the normative framework in occupational health and safety and support the entire Administration Cantonale Vaudoise (ACV) in risk assessment and the implementation of a safe and sustainable working environment. Responsibilities ## • Implement and ensure the monitoring of the normative framework relating to occupational safety and health by providing expertise and support in its field of competence for the entire ACV • Provide support and expertise to the ACV services for the assessment of dangers and the evaluation of risks for each business process and/or each field of activity. • Advise and ensure the monitoring of rules and standards related to occupational safety within the ACV. • Participate in the development of the SST Unit and the Quality of Working Life Directorate within the DGRH. Qualifications ## • Swiss CFST safety engineer title, STPS expert with federal diploma, or a title deemed equivalent • Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the mechanical or chemical field, as well as solid experience in SST • Experience in project management (planning, coordination, monitoring and steering) • Sense of responsibility and public service ethics • Customer-oriented, listening and a good communicator, you promote clear, constructive exchanges adapted to different interlocutors • Analytical and synthesis skills and good writing skills • Ability to work autonomously while having a taste for collective work, facilitating cooperation and team dynamics WHO ARE WE? ## The Administration Cantonale Vaudoise possesses a great richness: its employees.
