We ensure the interdisciplinary care of our patients, always oriented towards quality.

The team of approximately 25 employees brings together specialist doctors in general internal medicine, oncology, endocrinology, diabetology, ENT, gynecology and obstetrics.

Medbase Vevey prioritizes a good balance between professional and private life.

It is possible to work part-time in all functions and the working hours can be arranged flexibly.

For doctors, collaboration is possible under salaried or independent status, to be agreed upon during the interview.

Your missions #

• Welcoming patients
• Management of the telephone switchboard
• Booking and coordination of appointments
• Processing of medical reports (formatting, sending, filing)
• Administrative management of patient files
• Collaboration with doctors and the nursing team

Your profile #

• Medical secretary diploma (or training deemed equivalent)
• Experience in the medical field
• Knowledge of Axenita software is an asset
• Very good command of French (oral and written)
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, autonomy
• Good organization and priority management
• Team spirit, ease in collaboration and communication
• Dynamic and flexible
