Your tasks * Leadership and development: You lead, train, and supervise the warehouse team and promote constructive cooperation. * Shift planning and organization: You coordinate the daily personnel deployment and ensure efficient allocation and organization of the employees. * Daily closing and control: You ensure a correct daily closing and control the relevant processes and results. * Preparation of the following day: You ensure timely and reliable system preparation so that a smooth start to work is guaranteed the next day. * Process optimization and further development: You continuously plan, implement, and optimize logistics processes and actively drive their further development. * Product availability and inventory management: You ensure optimal product availability through demand-oriented and timely orders. In doing so, you keep an eye on inventory value and stock coverage and guarantee compliance with minimum shelf life dates. Your profile * Sound specialist knowledge: You are a Logistiker/in EFZ, ideally possessing completed further training as a Logistikfachmann/-frau and bringing several years of professional experience in logistics. * Leadership competence: You have experience in leading a team and know how to motivate employees and achieve common goals. * Language proficiency: You communicate confidently and with stylistic certainty in the German language, both orally and in writing. * IT knowledge: You are proficient in handling LSV and ERP systems. Knowledge of AS/400 and Logis Move is an advantage. * Resilience and analytical thinking: Even in hectic situations, you maintain an overview, set the right priorities, recognize problems, and find solutions. * Strong social competence: You convince through your communication skills, team orientation, and appreciative handling of different stakeholders. * Assertiveness: You represent decisions clearly and convincingly and implement agreed goals consistently. * Future-oriented thinking: You contribute your own ideas, recognize optimization potential, and actively help shape processes. * Strong customer orientation: You place the needs of customers at the center and ensure reliable, efficient processes.
