Your task

• Creative concepts and high-quality design
• Management of projects from preliminary planning to completion
• Responsibility regarding project workflow
• Support/coordination with clients, authorities, specialist planners of complex construction projects
• Contribution of your expertise in construction/time and payment planning
• Structured and precise working

Your profile/Your qualifications

• At least 5 years of professional experience in architectural project management
• Knowledge of local building regulations, development plans and other applicable laws (advantageous)
• Solid knowledge in using CAD programs and BIM
• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Organizational talent and networked thinking
• Strong communication skills and team leadership ability
