To support our Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management and Scientific Affairs department, we are looking for a motivated, interested, independent working and cooperative personality as QMS Manager (all genders) • 100% immediately or by arrangement • Permanent position • Borer Chemie AG, Zuchwil Your field of activity In this function, you report directly to the Team Leader Quality Assurance and have the following tasks: Administration and further development of the integrated management system (IMS) according to relevant standards incl. continuous process improvement and problem solving Support in the review and release of all QM-relevant specification documents Responsibility for the implementation and compliance of change management Information and training of employees regarding QM topics Responsibility for process and document management incl. versioning and control of documents according to the 2- or 4-eyes principle as well as responsibility for the QM manual Creation, review and updating of processes as a process responsible person Creation and submission of disposal notifications according to relevant packaging regulations Monitoring of regulatory and normative requirements according to process as well as support in the integration of new regulatory and normative requirements Your profile Scientific undergraduate studies are an advantage Advanced knowledge of quality management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 Experience in document and process management Strong communication and stakeholder management competence (authorities, customers, internal interfaces) Good IT and system knowledge Business fluent German as well as professional communication in English Your advantages A diverse activity with exciting challenges Flexible working hours Various team events Participation in training and further education Participation in fitness subscription Discounted Reka-Checks Warm and cold drinks as well as break fruit Charging station for E-vehicles Questions about the position For technical questions, Mr. Dr. Hendrik Demuth, Director RQS, is available via email.
