As part of a replacement, we are looking for a

Coordinator of social activities and volunteers at 60 %

to join our Social and Volunteering sector in Lausanne.

Every day, our volunteers accompany, transport, and support people throughout the canton. For all of this to work, someone must be at the center of the organization: that is this position.

Your missions

Planning

• Ensure telephone availability and management of the sector's mailbox
• Plan activities, process and follow up on intervention requests
• Accompany beneficiaries and supervise interveners (volunteers, interns, civil service workers, people in training)

Administration

• Manage the administrative tasks of the Social and Volunteering Sector, notably invoicing and reimbursement of expenses

Communication

• Maintain and develop collaborative links with internal and external partners

Your profile:

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent training
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar field
• Good mastery of the Office suite and an ERP
• Organized and autonomous, you know how to manage priorities and stay calm when the pace accelerates
• Attentive and empathetic, you have a true sense of contact, including on the telephone
• You are attached to mutual aid, social action, and the values of the Croix-Rouge

What we offer you:

A useful and varied position within a committed team, in an institution that acts every day for the Vaud population. Your schedule leaves most of your afternoons free, and you benefit from a half-day of teleworking per week.

Activity rate: 60% (every morning and one afternoon per week)
