Team Leader Production Frozen Products (100%)

Your main tasks:

• Accompanying and monitoring the production processes as well as supporting the plant managers in troubleshooting (coordination with the technical department)
• Employee promotion, development and qualification together with the Head of Production
• Planning and conducting training sessions to constantly improve production targets regarding quality, safety and efficiency
• Resource planning of personnel (incl. shift and holiday planning) as well as the plants in cooperation with the AVOR
• Implementation of Lean methods (5S, Gemba, elimination of waste, etc.)
• Identifying optimization potential and initiating corresponding CIP measures
• Preparing the shop floor meetings
• Promoting cross-departmental cooperation and communication at the interfaces (AVOR / Technical / Logistics / QA)

Our requirement profile:

• Completed vocational training in the field of food or polymechanic or similar practical, technical/mechanical basic training
• Professional experience in the food sector and/or technical sector is an advantage
• Experience in Lean Management as well as good German skills in speaking and writing
• Employee leadership with several years of practical evidence
• Socially competent team player with good communication skills as well as reliability and perseverance
• "Doer" qualities with high initiative and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work shifts and on Saturdays
