How you help shape health

• Versatile and exciting telephone and personal advice for our customers and sale of needs-based insurance solutions
• Independent receipt and processing of customer inquiries, with the goal of achieving the best customer satisfaction
• Collaboration in a dynamic and committed team with sales targets
• Active market development on behalf of the supervisor
• Preparation of offers and customer correspondence in the private customer business
• Implementation of measures for retention of existing business and customer recovery

What distinguishes you

• Completed commercial training as well as sales experience, ideally in the insurance industry
• VBV training present or willingness to complete it
• Communicative, reliable and resilient personality
• Joy in customer contact and in active sales
• Strong advisory competence characterized by a high customer and service orientation
• Very good language skills in German, any further language is an advantage
