-cooking diploma mandatory (CFC or equivalent)
-minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
-great flexibility, split shifts from Monday to Friday
-field-oriented profile
-stress resistant
-ensuring good understanding with the different services of the establishment -Active participation in production, mise en place and service
-management and organization of the kitchen
-compliance with HACCP standards
-supervision of the team (small brigade)
-development of cards and menus
-management of schedules
-split shifts from Monday to Friday
