Senior-lab Coordinator and Research Officer Workload 80% to 90% For a CDI

The senior-lab is an interdisciplinary platform for applied research and innovation dedicated to the quality of life of seniors. Founded in 2018 by the Institut et Haute Ecole de la Santé La Source, the Haute Ecole d'Ingénierie et de Gestion du Canton de Vaud (HEIG-VD) and the Ecole cantonale d'art de Lausanne (ECAL), through its participatory and co-creation approach, the senior-lab supports the co-development of solutions better adapted to the needs and expectations of seniors. La Source is advertising for the senior-lab, a position as: Senior-lab Coordinator and Research Officer Workload 80% to 90% For a CDI Your mission: Coordinate and support the work of the Steering Group: organization of meetings, writing of minutes, preparation of annual and financial reports, etc. Manage and enliven the community and network of the senior-lab (seniors and professionals) and oversee the participation of its members in R&D projects; Manage the R&D project portfolio of the senior-lab; ensure monitoring and prospecting; Co-organize events intended for the community and the network of the senior-lab; Facilitate workshops with participatory and design thinking methods; (Co-)carry out R&D projects: writing of offers/requests, data collection and analysis, budget and schedule monitoring, reporting, oral and written valorization; Provide scientific support for the co-responsible Professor for La Source; Contribute to the communication of the senior-lab and to the valorization of projects. You are a graduate in nursing, social sciences, psychology, or have training considered equivalent (Master's level). You have at least 5 years of experience in research and project management. You master qualitative and participatory research methods and have a good capacity for synthesis. You are comfortable in contexts that require autonomy, communication, adaptation, flexibility, co-construction, and proactivity. You have a good knowledge of English and German. Italian is an asset. Hosted in a pleasant working environment, located in the heart of the city of Lausanne, the senior-lab office is located at the Haute Ecole de la Santé La Source in Beaulieu. You will work in a small team, in collaboration with the senior-lab communication manager and in direct link with the Steering Group and the co-responsible Professor for La Source.
