Referent Nurse in psychiatry (CDI)

in home care

Your missions

Within a multidisciplinary team, you play an essential role in the monitoring and well-being of patients.

In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Ensure nursing care adapted to the physical, psychic, and relational needs of patients.
• Evaluate clinical situations and participate in the development of individualized care projects.
• Guarantee therapeutic follow-up and contribute to the continuity of care.
• Collaborate closely with the various stakeholders in the care network.
• Accompany patients and their relatives with benevolence and professionalism.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement processes for the quality of care and services.

Your profile

• Bachelor in nursing or a title deemed equivalent.
• Significant experience in adult psychiatry (minimum 2 years)
• Professional experience in Switzerland (minimum 1 year)
• Experience in home care is an asset.
• Excellent mastery of French, both spoken and written.
• Good mastery of standard IT tools.
• Ability to work autonomously while promoting teamwork.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
• Clean criminal record.
• Driver's license and residence close to the region.
