Tasks

• You lead the service in the dining room and in the public restaurant and ensure that all processes and tasks are always carried out punctually and with the highest quality.
• You actively participate in offer planning and the implementation of events and support the service team during banquets and events.
• You participate in projects of the overall operation and, in consultation with the Hotellerie management, take on further tasks as needed.
• You instruct new employees and apprentices and support them during practical induction and training.
• You maintain regular contact and good cooperation with the other team leads in the Hotellerie area and, furthermore, ensure the interprofessional interfaces with other areas in the house.

Profile

• High hospitality as well as joy in contact with our residents, external guests and employees
• Completed vocational training as a restaurateur or hotel specialist EFZ, preferably with further training as a department manager and initial leadership experience
• Course certificate as a vocational trainer and experience in the training of apprentices is mandatory
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of common IT programs (Word and Excel)
• Assertiveness, readiness for irregular working hours and weekend service
