We offer six apprenticeships annually as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist with a focus on Chemical Technology (a). Training Concept ## The three-year training is based on the proven triadic model at three learning locations:   • Vocational school (aprentas in Muttenz and Schweizerhalle) • ÜK-Zentrum Schweizerhalle (aprentas) • Practical training at Bachem at various workplaces Job Profile ## Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologists EFZ work in modern production facilities and manufacture important active ingredients such as peptides and oligonucleotides that are used in medicines. They control and monitor semi-automated production processes, work digitally with measuring and control systems, and take responsibility for plants as well as maintenance and servicing. During training, apprentices gain insights into various areas such as energy supply, dispensing, and logistics and get to know the entire production process. Requirements ## • Secondary school level E or P (or equivalent) • Technical interest and understanding • Manual dexterity • Reliability and accuracy • Endurance and resilience • Ability to work in a team and flexibility Benefits for Apprentices ## • Monthly salary: 1st year of apprenticeship: CHF 800.- 2nd year of apprenticeship: CHF 1-000.- 3rd year of apprenticeship: CHF 1-300.- • 30 days of vacation • One-time contribution for a personal laptop • Monthly contribution to public transport subscription • and other benefits Application ## Interested?
