In the university endoscopy center of USZ, we perform diagnostic as well as interventional procedures and thus accompany patients from preparation through sedation to aftercare. Our over 8'600 employees and around 700 trainees are committed every day to the well-being of our patients. ### Your main tasks • You assist in a wide variety of procedures, ensure evidence-based nursing, and take responsibility in daily coordination with the various interfaces • You primarily work from Monday to Friday on day shifts and occasionally perform on-call duties • You empower registered nurses and FaGe and promote constructive cooperation • Together with the department management, you dedicate yourself to various leadership tasks, such as the recruitment and performance assessment of employees • Together with the interprofessional team, you develop processes for quality and productivity optimization and work with various internal interfaces in the process Your profile • Completed training as a registered nurse HF/FH or a foreign diploma with corresponding SRK recognition • Several years of professional experience in acute care; experience in the field of endoscopy or in similar interventional settings is an advantage • Completed leadership or management further training or the willingness to complete corresponding further training • High social competence, organizational skill, and joy in working with people Our benefits We look forward to your application Claudine Schweizer Recruiting About USZ The Universitätsspital Zürich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
