YOUR ROLE & TASKS

Support in everyday care: You accompany children during play, activities, excursions, and in everyday life and support the pedagogical team in caregiving.
Participation in educational offerings: You help with the preparation and implementation of creative, movement-oriented, and age-appropriate activities.
Support in everyday organization: You contribute to a structured and well-organized daily routine and support where help is needed.
Domestic tasks: You participate in the preparation of meals as well as in the care and order of the premises and ensure a pleasant environment together with the team.
Assistance with care and hygiene: Under the guidance of qualified specialists, you support the children in everyday care and hygiene situations.

WHAT YOU BRING
Joy in working with children in the early years: Ideally initial experience in childcare
Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented way of working: Patience, sensitivity, and appreciative interaction with children
Good German skills: Openness towards a bilingual environment (German/English)
Motivation to learn new things and to develop professionally
