Schermenwaldstrasse 13, 3063 Ittigen (and home office) | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Lead the Enterprise Architecture domain across the five federal offices of the Swiss Armed Forces in the various architecture domains (military ICT, civil ICT, armament and digital transformation) in terms of technology, personnel, and finances • Assume technical leadership of the enterprise architecture for the entire Defense Group, involve partners, and ensure transversal steering of domain and division architectures • Design the governance, processes, and products related to architecture and assume responsibility for them, develop bases and guidelines for projects • Develop architecture bases and guidelines coordinated with the strategy and requirements of the organization, and present them to the relevant management bodies • Manage internal, external, and international stakeholders (e.g., industrial partners) involved in Defense architecture and communicate architecture-related elements in service of Federated Mission Networking <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University or university of applied sciences degree with specialization in the fields of computer science and business administration, good knowledge of the enterprise architecture and analysis domain, as well as very good knowledge of military structures and procedures • Several years of proven experience in a leadership function in the field of enterprise architecture and its methods applied to large organizations • Ability to communicate complex facts in a clear, structured, and audience-adapted manner, as well as to bridge divergent interests • Very good methodological skills (e.g., TOGAF, HERMES, project or program management certification such as IPMA, MAS in this field) as well as advanced training and experience in business analysis • Good active knowledge of at least a second official language, passive knowledge of a third official language, and very good knowledge of English (C1 level) <br /> In a few words Do you want to participate in the long-term development of the army and the Defense Group?
