In the Project Management area, we are looking for a motivated personality at the Burgdorf location as Project Manager Digital Transformation in PMO | 80 - 100% # Ref-Nr. 8083 Work location: Burgdorf | Hybrid Your main tasks ### • Project management & planning: Initiation, planning, steering and implementation of AI and digitalization projects according to our PMO standards, with a clear focus on measurable business impact for the Business Area • Business Analysis & Requirements Engineering: Identification and analysis of AI Use Cases (GenAI, Agentic AI, automation) and business requirements in workshops with key users from specialist departments such as Marketing & Sales, Finance, Product Development and QA/RA and IT • Capability Management: As Product Owner for business applications & workflows, prioritize and manage the use-case backlog together with key users and development • Testing & Go-Live: Creation of test plans, execution and documentation of acceptance tests in compliance with regulatory requirements as well as structured handover of the solutions to operations • Change & Enablement: Accompanying the organization through the change process with communication, schooling and training documents as well as measurement of adoption and benefit after introduction Your profile ### • Completed university degree or further education in business administration, business informatics, informatics, engineering sciences or a comparable field • At least 2 years of experience in leading digitalization and automation projects, ideally in an international environment • Hands-on experience in the productive use of GenAI and Agentic AI for process optimization and decision support as well as confident handling of cloud applications • Strong willingness to learn: You continuously stay up to date with new technologies and proactively bring them into practice • Strong communication personality with strong stakeholder management from the specialist department to the executive management and enjoyment in accompanying people through changes • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (at least B2) in spoken and written form • Experience in regulated industries, especially MedTech or Pharma, is an advantage
