Your mission

• Manage incoming and outgoing mail: Ensure the preparation, scanning, quality control, indexing and distribution of incoming mail and documents to be archived
• Provide employees of the various services with easily accessible and readily usable scanned documents
• Process Input Management requests and incoming emails
• Process and distribute events to the various services

Your profile

• Commercial training (CFC, diploma, MP-E or equivalent)
• French native language
• Mastery of standard IT tools
