Die Arche Burgdorf offers people in psychological and social life difficulties practical life assistance and personal care and support with the aim of social participation. Our institution with 46 residential places and 28 day structure places has an operating license from the Canton of Bern, with which we also have a service contract. Christian spirituality and human science findings shape our worldview and view of humanity. Our assisted living offer "Villa Vita" consists of two larger residential groups, several smaller residential units as well as a modern residential cluster with a total of 32 residential places in Burgdorf. For our assisted living offer -Villa Vita- we are looking for from 01.01.2027 or by arrangement a Social Pedagogue HF 80-90% ## Your main tasks ### • Reference person work (case management/social pedagogical process responsibility, support planning, goal development, building a sustainable professional relationship, guidance towards the greatest possible independence) • Interdisciplinary coordination / cooperation in the helping network • Social administration, documentation and reporting • Shared responsibility for everyday organization and household operations in the residential group Your profile ### • You have experience in the socio-psychiatric support and care of adults and show appreciation for people with a psychological impairment. • You are resilient and flexible and have a professional handling of closeness and distance. • You are a team player, can work independently, are proactive and are used to taking responsibility. • You structure and prioritize your tasks; in doing so, you also rely on solid IT user skills. • It is an advantage if you possess a category B driver's license. • You are willing to engage with the Christian basic values on which our institution has its foundation and because of which many residents find their way to us.
