What you can contribute

• Ensure quality management for the assigned area (Defense HR Service Centre) and guarantee the development of HR processes and strategy
• Analyze key figures, collect data, establish evaluations and derive effective measures
• Monitor measures; launch and accompany the continuous improvement process (CIP) while ensuring its effectiveness
• Coordinate the internal control system (ICS), conduct controls independently and establish reports for the upper level
• Update work instructions and training documents and provide support during testing phases

What makes you unique

• Higher vocational training with two to three years of experience in a field related to the function or professional diploma with four to seven years of experience in a field relevant to the function
• Experience in quality management, particularly in the assurance and development of standards, processes and service quality
• Skills in conceptualization and writing and a good ability to think analytically and systematically
• Ability to quickly understand complex links and to report them in writing or orally in a comprehensible and precise manner
• Ideally, good knowledge of HR IT systems, Excel expertise (data analysis, advanced evaluations and calculations) and solid knowledge of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM (IGDP and PSD)

The Army Staff (EM A) supports the Chief of the Army in its activities of conducting the Defense departmental area and ensures global military planning as well as the development of the Swiss Army as a whole. It develops the strategic bases, the development of the armed forces and the planning of the army and armament, in accordance with political directives, and assumes tasks in the context of international security. The conduct, steering and coordination of all transversal areas (personnel, finance, real estate) also fall within its competence.
