What you move: You lead and develop a team of around 10 specialists with clear communication and an appreciative leadership style. You plan, coordinate, and monitor welding orders. You ensure the highest quality, safety, and efficiency standards. You recognize optimization potential and implement improvements sustainably. You work closely with project management, design, AVOR, and production. You are responsible for resource, material, and capacity planning. You ensure the timely execution of orders and the fulfillment of customer requirements. You provide technical training for our apprentices as plant and apparatus builders and accompany them in their development. What distinguishes you: Completed vocational training as a plant and apparatus builder, locksmith, or a comparable basic technical training. Ideally, further training as a welding specialist or the willingness to complete it. Several years of experience in welding and in the manufacturing of welded assemblies in mechanical or plant engineering. Leadership experience or the potential and motivation to successfully lead a team. Entrepreneurial thinking as well as enjoyment in continuously improving processes. High level of personal responsibility, organizational talent, and a pragmatic hands-on mentality. Confident handling of technical drawings and production documents.
