What to expect

• Coordination and organization of the required materials for service and repair orders in the railway sector
• Ensuring timely material availability for ongoing and planned work
• Monitoring of material stocks, delivery dates, and open material requirements
• Coordination with purchasing, warehouse, production, technical specialist departments, and service teams
• Recording, maintenance, and tracking of material-related processes in the ERP system
• Early recognition of material bottlenecks as well as initiation of suitable measures
• Support in the prioritization of urgent spare part and material requirements
• Ensuring a transparent flow of information between the departments involved
• Active support in the optimization of material flows and logistical processes within the scope of the project

Our customer requests

• Completed training in the field of logistics, supply chain management, technical commerce, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in material planning, logistics coordination, or order processing, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
• Good understanding of material flows, spare parts management, and logistical processes
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, as well as good MS Office skills
• Structured, independent, and reliable way of working
• Strong organizational talent and the ability to keep an overview even with several parallel orders
• Communicative, solution-oriented personality with a strong hands-on mentality
• Good French skills for cooperation at the Villeneuve location; English skills are an advantage
• Willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with existing processes and technical contexts
