What you can achieve

• You will become part of a dynamic finance team operating in the growing business field SCG (Sensors, Communication & Ground)
• In the role of Finance Business Partner, you are co-responsible for the financial management and transparency of various business segments, each of which is responsible for its own P&L. In this role, you act as a sparring partner for the business managers
• You support the further development of Business Area Controlling and are therefore also active in a conceptual capacity
• You work on high-quality business cases and ensure financial governance during the bidding phase
• Together with the contract managers, you ensure transparent and target-oriented cost center controlling
• Together with the business managers, you analyze and comment on the results, create the forecast and the financial planning
• You ensure qualitatively flawless financial statements within your area of responsibility

What you bring with you

• Higher business administration education (FH/Uni) and/or specialist further training such as specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in controlling as well as in a complex and diversified corporate and customer environment
• Very good knowledge of SAP FI/CO (other modules an advantage) and MS Office (especially Excel)
• Responsible and economic way of thinking and acting
• Communicative, resilient and motivated personality with high self-responsibility, as well as very good analytical, conceptual and communicative skills
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (level B2)
• Travel activity to other RUAG locations in Switzerland
