Do you want to lead people and move technology? At Galexis, you will take responsibility for infrastructure and technical systems in one of the most modern pharmaceutical distribution centers in Switzerland and ensure reliable operation with your team. In doing so, you will actively help shape technical projects and the further development of our infrastructure. You can expect a lot of freedom to act at the interface between leadership, technology, and logistics.

What you can achieve ##

• You lead the Infrastructure and Technology area and, together with your team, ensure technical and service expertise in a GDP environment.
• You ensure high availability of the technical systems, thereby creating the basis for reliable picking and customer delivery.
• You coordinate resource and shift planning with operational requirements to ensure technical support is guaranteed.
• You lead technical projects and coordinate adjustments as well as expansions of the automated conveyor technology.
• You contribute your IT and IT security knowledge to the operation of the IT-controlled systems and combine technical requirements with the needs of the operational departments.
• You work closely with all operational specialist departments and, in exceptional cases, are also deployed in the evenings or on Saturdays if required.

What you bring with you ##

• You have technical professional training and experience in the maintenance, expansion, and control of automated intralogistics conveyor systems as well as in industrial building, building system, and air conditioning technology.
• You have proven leadership experience in a production facility with high requirements for system availability.
• You bring experience in project management as well as in environmental and safety management; knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) is an advantage.
• You work confidently with software for heating, air conditioning, and ventilation as well as with Microsoft applications and possess IT and IT security competencies; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• You speak German at a native level and have English skills; French skills are an advantage.
