Your tasks

• Technical and commercial project management of ventilation projects of all kinds including supplementary management and billing.
• Cost, quality, and schedule management.
• Coordination and technical leadership of the employees and subcontractors involved.
• Competent contact person for customers and suppliers.
• Ensuring efficient and high-quality execution on the construction site.

What you bring with you

• Completed basic training in the field of HVAC, building technology.
• Further training as a Techniker HF or comparable qualification is an advantage.
• Experience in the project management of HVAC projects.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Confident handling of digital working tools.
