Your role with us

• You take responsibility for the deployment planning and leadership of the employees reporting to you
• You manage exciting projects
• You are the contact person for your employees and customers and ensure sustainable, practical solutions
• You ensure the quality of our services through regular property inspections
• You further develop your facility management and gardening team
• You help shape your area of responsibility

What you bring with you

• Experience in facility management, facility management (Hauswartung), or a comparable function
• Leadership experience and the motivation to take on responsibility
• Technical understanding (training is an advantage, but not mandatory)
• Organizational strength and a solution-oriented way of working
• Joy in dealing with customers and employees
• Good IT skills (MS Office)
• Driver's license category B
• Very good German language skills
