Your tasks Recruitment & support: Responsibility for the selection, advice, and promotion of apprentices Training quality: Ensuring and continuously developing a modern training model Concept & project work: Developing concepts as well as committed support of projects Deployment planning: Planning and coordination of the apprentices' assignments; setup and operation of the learning laboratory Internal training: Conducting practice-related training within the framework of practical assignments Implementations & projects: 10–20 % for cross-departmental implementations and project work Your profile Completed professional qualification: Hauswart/-in with eidg.
