With a desire to create and develop a new branch in the canton of Vaud, they have mandated us to recruit a Sanitary Branch Manager \- Canton de Vaud You will take charge of the development of the company's activities in the canton of Vaud. A true entrepreneur, you are responsible for the creation, development, and management of a new branch, while ensuring the management of HVAC projects with a high level of requirement regarding quality, deadlines, and customer satisfaction. Main responsibilities Develop and structure the company's activities in the canton of Vaud, by creating and managing a new branch. Identify and develop a client portfolio, notably with general contractors, architects, and local partners. Act as the primary interlocutor for clients and guarantee a high level of satisfaction. Actively participate in commercial development and the acquisition of new projects. Take charge of HVAC projects and ensure their complete realization, from preparation to delivery. Analyze technical files, tenders, and plans in order to effectively structure the execution phases. Participate in project estimation and contribute to the development of technical offers. Plan work and define the necessary resources (teams, equipment, sub-contractors). Recruit, structure, and develop a local team according to the growth of the activity. Supervise, support, and develop the skills of employees. Set up and lead site meetings to ensure fluid coordination between stakeholders. Coordinate the different technical trades and ensure the interface with other lots. Supervise the execution of installations in compliance with technical requirements and company standards. Ensure respect for deadlines and execution quality, and control the compliance of installations with current standards. Manage unforeseen events, anticipate risks, and propose suitable solutions. Ensure the administrative and financial follow-up of projects as well as regular reporting to management. Organize commissioning, participate in work receptions, and ensure the clearance of reservations. Your profile Benefiting from basic sanitary training, you have completed your path with higher education (foreman certificate or sanitary master). You have confirmed experience in Switzerland as a senior project manager or manager in the HVAC field. Experience in business development, team management, or running an entity constitutes a real asset. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy building, developing, and structuring an activity. Comfortable in client relations, you have a good network or are capable of developing one. SME environments attract you and you appreciate proximity to the field.
