What you will do:

• You take responsibility for the management of a portfolio of residential and mixed-use properties
• This includes ensuring regular and extraordinary real estate maintenance, the scheduling and execution of property viewings as well as handovers
• You are in contact with owners, tenants, facility management, tradespeople, and authorities
• Negotiating and creating commercial lease agreements as well as the annual budget is also within your area of responsibility
