YOUR TASKS

• As a passionate nursing professional, you take on daily responsibility in rotation with your female team colleagues and accompany trainees in everyday nursing
• You are a coach and role model for our trainees and participate in recruitment
• You maintain contact with our residents, their relatives and interdisciplinarily
• You work in nursing and care

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree at HF/FH level and at least two years of professional experience
• Vocational trainer course and motivation to complete the SVEB certificate as an instructor in individual support
• You are enthusiastic about imparting knowledge to young people
• You accept mistakes, are patient in dealing with trainees and promote trust in collaboration
• You score with your solution-oriented, practical approach and your respectful, honest manner
• You communicate openly, clearly and at eye level
