Qualified early childhood substitutes (male/female) The Association du Réseau d’Accueil de Jour Broye in Payerne (ARAJ Broye) has the mission to offer childcare services in the Broye vaudoise region. In order to complete our new team at the garderie les Minis Bosset in Granges-Près-Marnand (22 places) we are looking for: Qualified early childhood substitutes (male/female) Your mission: Ensure quality reception of children and act in accordance with the cantonal legal framework and the pedagogical guidelines of the structure Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment Accompany children in their development Accompany the child's integration into the group Maintain a relationship of exchange and listening with parents and create a climate of trust Collaborate and actively cooperate with the educational team (good communication during shift handover) Use the administrative tools provided Your profile: Holder of either an ES/HES educator title in the field of childhood and/or the social field, or a federal certificate of capacity as a socio-educational assistant (CFC ASE) or a recognized CFC training from the secondary II sector Good interpersonal skills with colleagues and management Spirit of mutual aid and openness Confirmed experience in a collective preschool childcare structure desired Regular availability Ability to adapt and flexibility Workplace: Granges-près-Marnand Activity rate: hourly Start date: from 1 September 2026 or to be agreed Employment contract: indefinite duration Salary conditions: CCCT Petite Enfance Application deadline: 20 August 2026 We look forward to receiving your complete application file (CV, cover letter, diploma and work certificates) until 20 August 2026.
