Exciting tasks await:

• Accompanying and caring for refugees as well as ensuring smooth operations in the assigned accommodation
• Independent organization of administration, this includes maintaining the client database, processing invoices as well as formal correspondence with internal and external bodies
• Targeted support in the integration process according to cantonal specifications as well as seamless and legally compliant dossier management in Tutoris
• Contact person for authorities, doctors/hospitals as well as internal and external bodies
• Ensuring operational maintenance in cooperation with the property service

What you bring:

• Completed training in the social or health sector and corresponding professional experience in a comparable function
• Very good German skills (at least level C1) as well as good oral English skills; further languages are an advantage
• Driver's license category B and own vehicle
• Interest and openness in dealing with refugees and enjoyment of a meaningful activity
• Independent, team-oriented and solution-oriented way of working as well as high social competence

The Kantonaler Sozialdienst operates asylum accommodations throughout the entire Canton Aargau.
The specific place of work will be determined during the recruitment process taking into account operational requirements and, if possible, in coordination with your residential region.

The population is at the center of the activities of the Departement Gesundheit und Soziales. We work sustainably and purposefully for the security of their living areas.
The Kantonaler Sozialdienst is responsible for public social assistance, asylum and refugee affairs as well as victim counseling and victim assistance. It is the appeals authority in the area of social assistance and supports the municipalities in the implementation of their family and age policies. In doing so, we work closely with other administrative bodies, the municipalities, other cantons, the Confederation and third-party organizations.
