PHEL - Pharmacy Assistant H/F at 50% in the Pharmaceutical Logistics Sector

The Pharmacy of the East Lémanique Hospitals (PHEL), spread over several sites, is responsible for the supply of medicines and pharmaceutical assistance to hospitals, as well as various healthcare establishments, in the East Lémanique region (including the Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais). For our main site in Rennaz, we are looking for a: Pharmacy Assistant H/F at 50% within the Pharmaceutical Logistics Sector The main missions of this position are • To place orders for medicines and other pharmaceutical products with suppliers and monitor their delivery • To verify orders and deliveries to ensure compliance with purchase orders • To ensure stock monitoring and report supply shortages • To participate in inventories and ensure the updating of databases • To collaborate with pharmacists and the logistics unit to optimize logistical flow management • To supervise and validate the order preparation process carried out by the distribution robot We require • A CFC pharmacy assistant diploma or an equivalent title • Experience in order management and hospital pharmaceutical logistics • Good organizational capacity, autonomy in work • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Opale computer tools • Very good knowledge of spoken and written French • Team spirit, ability to develop and maintain trust relationships with internal and external interlocutors (clients/suppliers) We offer • The opportunity to join a passionate and supportive team, recognized for its excellent social climate • A stimulating and innovative work environment within the Rennaz Hospital Center • Salary conditions as well as social benefits according to the Collective Labor Agreement of HRC (6 weeks of vacation from 40 years old, stamping, etc.) • Access to varied training to allow you to evolve within the company. • Exclusive benefits, such as discounts in shops and restaurants located nearby.
